Having Proven track record of directing and building strong multidisciplinary team (chemists, biologists, post doctoral fellows, technicians & students) for research and preclinical program, Led 2 Products for FDA/EMEA approval (analytics, CMCs for IND/NDA and taken 1 oligo based cancer therapeutic product from concept to Phase 1).
